The plastic artist Andrés Mérida Guzmán found his pictorial style, or it found him, very soon: elongated shapes, moving lines, squiggles, vibrant color … From the beginning of his career, the influences of expressionism are also seen in his work and surrealism and the thematic predominance of Andalusian folklore, revised from a modern perspective.
